Oh yeah...and I think I gained a pound since yesterday. Damn Krispy Kremes. Today is a day to cleanse the palate!

I told you the KK diet would never catch on. It's like anti-South Beach, anti-Atkins, and Pro-Carbs all in one. That would explain why you are the only one on it.
