Apparently the closest people were around, Beccam, Megy Steve and Ed. God bless them all, I felt very special.

As predicted, I made friends with Kate. We are so animal like drown to each other. It feels like destiny. We work together and both were asked to go work in Mashpee. If that is not destiny what else!

Now I work one job, which makes 5 working days, but I study 7 days a week and I go to the gym 3 nights a week. As scary as it sounds, it’s good busy! Except work - I got moved to Mashpee store and it’s unnecessary busy for my life. I realized, once again; and over and over again - I’m not a sales person, on the contrary, I’m an operation and customer service guy! I want to be an ACCOUNTANT!!!

I don't know how to make this short and sane! I'm just coming back from the bar, my self, and I'm utterly wasted! I'm walking in the house - lights are on (mind you it's 1.30am), music is playing… and I'm thinking Mark is partying with his brother. In the mean time I'm talking to another Mark on the phone; I walk out the door to smoke a cigarette and what I'm to see? Mark's Jeep is in the driveway, the door is cracked open; I'm inhaling and talking on the phone while seeing Mark in his car fast asleep - I freaked out! He is freaking asleep - eyes closed, head limp on his chest, a mess. Can you blame me? Hung up the phone…
"Hey Mark!!!!" thinking "oh, my god is he alive?"
"Uh…"
"Hey buddy, what's up," pretending to be all cool 'bout it.
"mmmmh," Mark growling.
"Let's go to bed," realizing, for the fifth time, that alcohol is the worst advisor.
"BACK OFF!!!"
"Ok!"
I walked back in the house all offended. "He just backed me off!" I'm thinking. I called back Mark and apologized for hanging up the phone. Then went back out and brought the roommate-Mark in the house and to bed. I'm gonna so bust his chaps tomorrow!
It's time to get some sleep my self...

Joan and I started the 6th season of Buffy. I was rather reluctant at first but I do like Buffy and I’m looking forward to watch some more tonight. Joan has started a new diet that I don’t like compare to the South Beach one but she seems involved in it, which is good. Joan cooked my favorite Salmon meal the other night; it was totally delicious – south-beach-salmon with sun dried tomatoes, spinach and cappers; mashed cauliflower and special rice.

Beccam is Beccam as always – strict but cheerful. Very sweet and thoughtful she is. We are going kayaking on Sunday and I’m very excited about it. I promise to take pictures and finally post a picture of her here.

Arthur is busy! He works like crazy and I’m a little worried about him. He picked me up from the airport when I cam back from BG and we’ve seen each other only twice since then. We are becoming good friends – given that we don’t see each other all that often but when we do we feel connected.

Stephanie is pregnant! It usually takes her 2 to 3 days to return my call but this time, after I came back from BG, I waited a week. I finally had to call her at work to get in touch with her. We went to the Panera Bread (favorite place for lunch – yummy broccoli and cheddar soup) and to the Prodigal son for coffee (favorite place for coffee), afterwards. We laughed so hard that tissues were needed.
I think, however, that we gonna miss the good times of the summer; Steff seems burdened by her pregnancy. I hate to analyze that but I don’t think she is ready for bearing a child right now. That will make a first kid between her and Cliff – a pro; second for Steff, and forth in total – you draw the conclusion.
I was over their house on Saturday and we did the usual – food (clam-boil, grilled goodies etc.), drinks and talks. What was different? They now have all 3 kids fulltime and no time to catch up with everything. The kids are bestial and uncontrollable. The children didn’t bother me. It was sad, the realization, I that don’t have them children would experience much greater pleasure dealing with the kids. It always makes me sad to see young people “playing adults”. It shouldn’t be a game, it should be your life, main focus and reality. I can only pray for the best…

Kate - a new friend? I don’t know. This thought has been bothering me for a while now. We work together. I utterly am attracted to her and she makes my days at work. My heart is bleeding, I think I’m gonna loose her – I think she’s gonna transfer to Hyannis branch. Kate is Gemini – figures. We make a great team at work, a customer even made a comment yesterday “you guys are like one – attached. Do you ever part?” Funny!

I fulfilled my plan for settling down and getting into schooling. I’m actually very grateful, happy, glad and excited about going to school. The classes I’m taking require a lot of reading and work but I feel that I’m learning a lot.
Last night was my first literature class, after we were assigned reading materials, and it was great – I totally kicked ass. Despite the fact that I was utterly dreading this class and the presents of few literature students on top of that, I came up with some valuable comments. I don’t know what is up with me but I just can’t keep my mouth shut. I can’t help it though… I’m realizing that I’m passionate when comes to art and psychology of writing. I’m unconditionally devoured by the genius of writers.
So far we looked at Bierce, Crane and London; I liked Crane’s style and humor. I’m entirely in love with the instructor – Laurel Kornhiser – sharp, charismatic and passionate about the subject.

Besides that it’s very difficult and broad I’m depriving myself from a comment on my accounting class, yet.

My visit back home was incredible! I spent a lot of time with my family and friends. Zakki was a bit strange in the beginning but loosened up with the time.
I arrived on a Monday and on Tuesday we were on my dad's village. My relatives there didn't torture me with questions of the type, "so how is the American?" and it was very nice seeing them. Next day we went to my mother's village and it was just as nice. Visiting both places brought back a lot of memories from my childhood, which was strange and nostalgic.
Thursday we spent in Sofia and later this day we, (me, my brother Emo, mom Veneta and my brother's fiancée Ketie), took the bus and went to Asenovgrad to meet Ketie's parents. That was incredible experience. Ketie's parents are incredible - very sweet and hospitable people. We stayed there through Sunday when Zakki and Mary came to pick us up to go to the Black Sea. Asenovgrad is a magical town placed in a mountain valley. Very beautiful place. We went to the Asen's fortress where we saw a church rebuild in the 12th century.
The Black Sea is unbelievably beautiful and I totally recommended as a vocational spot. We spent 5 days there and it was complete leisure time. It was 5 days of lying on the beach eating and laughing.
We came back to Sofia late Friday night and I called a friend of mine who's twin sister lives in LA and she told me that it's her wadding day this day. The wedding party was fascinating it was also like a 10year high school reunion for me - I saw a lot of dear friends at once.
The left few days I caught up with some other friends and then I flew back.
Of course there was a lot more to my being home but that kind of sums it up.
The across-sea flight was wonderful; the one from London to Sofia not so much. We had it all – loud, screaming and crying babies, unpleasantly looking people, rednecks from Bulgaria etc. I got here ok though, including my luggage.
My mother’s reaction shocked me. I expected her to jump all over me and she did just the opposite. She said, “Oh, god that’s not you, the way I remember you! You have changed.” It was my hair (in a fohog, all pointy in the middle) and the beard. Of course it only took me to take the hair down and everything was goooooood.
My brother, on the other hand, totally loved me. He was very impressed with my physique and how grown up I look. I was very relieved to see that my family hasn’t changed- they haven't gotten old and wrinkly. My mom looks great.

I’m seated on 33D and there is a wall before me – no TV screen. I’m opening the baby-changing thing in front of me, but no screen either. I’m staring to freak out; I wanna watch the silly plane movies. “I guess no TV for us,” I said to the person next to me, “I guess not. I don’t see one”. Just when I’m starting to feel desperate the guy, 2 seats further, says, “there’s one under your seat”. I totally thought he is kidding. I looked though, and nothing, but then magically the person next to me pulled a TV screen from the side of his seat. WOW, totally cool! Entirely relieved I settled and relaxed.

It’s 9.30 and the plane left @ 5.55, so that makes 3 hours of flying. I’m looking @ the little screen and the map says that we are half way through. I love the map; it totally reminds me of the old movies where travels are always clarified by showing the map and a punctured line. I don’t know why but I always get excited to see the map in movies, it just always cracks me up.
 Local time of origin 21:10
 Time to destination 4.34
 Local time at destination 2:10
 Altitude 36000 feet
 Going speed 964 km/h
 Outside temperature –59 C (cold)

Beccam took me to the airport and she took care of me the whole time. It’s funny how I’m all grown up but with Beccam I’m the kid. LOL

The flight is going very smooth. Well I’m also buzzed. After the traditional, for flying, Bloody Mary and two plane-size bottles of red wine and not much food today, no wonder.
Interestingly, I saw a movie I thought I will never like and actually died laughing and cried just about 14 times. I’m thinking, “I don’t remember the last time I cried on a movie.” I was totally laughing though. Oh, the movie – DUH! It’s 51st dates. The funniest thing was that the guy (man in his late 40’s) was wiping too.
I feared having crying babies on the plane and thank god we had non. We had, however, a snoring fat guy, who slept and snored all through the flight.
We grow up together and we've been close since we were teenagers - mom used to say that DD is her daughter. We were very close in Bulgaria, I think that we still are but, just don't have time to get together. She is also an aquarius, and being that, she is extremely committed to her husband and family. I wish that her mom wasn't so hard on her for marrying someone who has a child. I know how much DD is hurt by the disapproval of her mom.

The countdown is down to 1. I'm flying tomorrow. I believe that I have everything ready to go.
While talking with Beccam yesterday she said that she would give me a ride to the airport and I feel very special. I'm going to see my old friends and family in BG, but I also feel that I have whom to comeback to in the US. I feel happy to say that I finally have people that I like and they like me. It takes time to make friends. I still don't think that friends are favors. I guess friends do favors for each other but because they like each other and it feels good to do something special for a friend. My friends always make me feel special.
Beccam thank you for all the attention you've given me.
